Queenswood Biokinetics was established in 1997 in Queenswood Pretoria by Chrisna Oosthuizen. 

Chrisna’s passion for orthopedic rehabilitation grew to such an extent that the practice moved to the current premises at Queenscorner Shopping centre (above Pharma Valu Queenscorner). With the space increase, we are able to offer more services to our clients. On our services page you will find an array of programs we provide for injury rehabilitation, physical challenges and fitness enhancement.

 

The practice now not only includes a Biokinetic centre but also a fully equipped gym, making it one of the best biokinetic centres in Pretoria. Our main focus is orthopedic rehabilitation and there are currently four full-time biokineticists in the practice. The practice and gym are family and community-orientated with many long-term members. We encourage and thrive on a more personalised approach.

 

Equipped with Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Movement Science and Physiology (NWU 1991), a B.Sc Honors degree in Sport Science (NWU 1993) and a B.Sc Honors degree in Biokinetics (NWU 1994) as well as 30 years of experience makes Chrisna one of South Africa's top Biokineticists.

 

Through her practice, Chrisna and her team of professional Biokineticists have helped thousands of clients reach their health, recovery and fitness goals.
